Meet the Blend :

This is one of the earlier blends in the Leaf Logic collection and I finalized it December 2010. I have fallen in love with Rooibos teas. Rooibos is a powerful antioxidant as well as extremely flavorful and it brews a beautiful amber colored cup of tea! This is a healthy and refreshing boost to my system and it is excellent hot or iced! I love to brew this strong and pour over ice with a lemon wedge. It is the most refreshing and healthy iced tea! Pair this blend with some Cozy Clean Detox for an amazing start to spring!

This tea blend has a sparkling-like lemon flavor which gives this blend a fresh and lively character – terrific served hot and sensational served iced! This tea is very soothing when served hot with a little honey, perfect for those winter sore throats! Rooibos is an ultra fine, delicate tea and once brewed it will produce a hearty red color with a warm scent. Rooibos holds a superior, natural sweetness that is unsurpassed with a smooth and aromatic after taste!

Modern medical institutes have taken quick notice of the medical benefits of consuming this beverage and have amazing findings on Rooibos including anti-viral, anti-spasmodic and anti-allergic properties. They have also found that Rooibos is over 5 times more active in anti-oxidant properties then green tea! I would also recommend Immune Support and Throat Soothe.

Rooibos is caffeine free, rich in naturally occurring trace elements, and contains healthy amounts of Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Manganese, Zinc, Calcium, and Vitamin C. Brew: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 5-7 minutes.Take time to take a few deep breathes and relax. After the tea has reached the desired strength, strain out the loose leaf and savor the superior flavor found in a cup of the Leaf Logic Collection.

Herbal Infusion: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water (212 degrees) for 15 minutes to 4 hours. This will draw out more of the properties from the herbs and ensure maximum benefits into your tea cup. Strain out the loose leaf and serve hot or over ice.
